Engineering Wonder Philharmonic Engineers Fatma and Ceyhan Olten, who are interested in polyphonic music only as listeners, employ 31 conservatory and music department graduates with the philharmonic orchestra they founded as a social responsibility.

Classical ballet and groom's dance will be staged with the "Synthesis" project. In cooperation with Izmir State Opera and Ballet (İZDOB) and Olten Philharmonic Orchestra, a choreography ranging from classical ballet to Latin dances, from modern dance to folk dances will be presented to art lovers.
